Cunningtons Solicitors which also incorporates Colemans, of New London Road in Chelmsford saw their Conveyancing Department given a welcome boost this week with the addition of Jane Cox to their successful and expanding Conveyancing department. Said Jane, who has been a prominent Conveyancer in Chelmsford for over 11years, who lives in Maldon and who had been with her previous firm in Chelmsford for nearly 14 years: “I was aware that Cunningtons were fast becoming the most popular firm in Chelmsford with both clients and agents. I had noticed an increase in them being on the other side of transactions that my previous firm were involved in and they seemed to be the solicitors everyone was wanting to use. It became apparent to me that Cunningtons were operating in a way that appealed to me; which was their personal-touch and direct to client and agent relationship style that they work under that sellers and buyers and the Agents like.
