John Simpkin

John qualified as a solicitor in January 1980 and joined Cunningtons in October 1994 in order to open the Firm’s Ilford Office. He became a Partner in the firm in May 1996.

John is very familiar with the North East London, Hertforshire and Essex area having spent his entire working life there dealing with mainly with non-contentious matters including principally residential conveyancing.

He is married and lives in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire with his wife who is an Early Years Education Adviser. His interests include music, walking and gardening.
