Said Jane, who has been a prominent Conveyancer in Chelmsford for over 11years, who lives in Maldon and who had been with her previous firm in Chelmsford for nearly 14 years: “I was aware that Cunningtons were fast becoming the most popular firm in Chelmsford with both clients and agents. I had noticed an increase in them being on the other side of transactions that my previous firm were involved in and they seemed to be the solicitors everyone was wanting to use.
