I have used Cunningtons three times  for conveyancing purposes in recent years, and I have been very pleased with the service on all occasions. On each occasion, I used the services of Jason Bradshaw and his PA, Sue.  Each time, I specifically requested to use Jason as I have always found him to be professional and courteous.  His PA, Sue, has always been extremely helpful and efficient also.

At times, I have no doubt that I have asked stupid or irrelevant questions, and each time, I have been treated with respect.  Responses have always been speedy.  On one occasion, I had said that there was no purchase attached to my sale, only to change my mind halfway through when I found the house that I wanted and Jason was able to accommodate my requirements efficiently and courteously.

Moving house is a very traumatic experience, and it certainly makes things much easier when you can have trust in the professional who is working on your behalf, and not have to worry about phoning with possibly trivial worries or concerns.

The fee charged is certainly very competitive and overall, I have been extremely pleased with the service.
